General Booking Information Rates are based on one or two guests per room. A charge of $25.00 per night will apply for each additional guest. A minimum 3 night stay is required during high season. Higher rates and longer minimum stays may apply for holidays and special events. Please note that rates and requirements are subject to change without notice and subject to 11% State and Hotel Tax. Deposit: A minimum deposit of 1/2 of the reservation is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. For reservations made after the cancellation period, the full amount due will be charged and is nonrefundable. Cancellations:
Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival (60
days for special events and holidays) subject to a $25 service charge.
Less than 14 days (60 days for special events and holidays) will
result in no refund of deposit.
